1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing a tour booking or vehicle rental request through Genesis Tour & Travels, you signify your full agreement and consent to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must refrain from placing service bookings.

2. Booking and Confirmation Policies

All customized holiday packages, hotel accommodations, and taxi transport orders are subject to availability. A booking is only deemed confirmed once the agreed initial deposit has been cleared and a written Confirmation Voucher has been issued by our office.

3. Rates, Pricing, and Payments

Quoted rates are subject to change based on seasonal availability, fuel pricing fluctuations, or government tax adjustments. The remaining balance of your travel booking must be settled before or on the arrival date as stated in your custom travel itinerary proposal.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund percentages are determined by the proximity of the cancellation date to the scheduled arrival date:

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value is retained.
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refunds will be provided.

5. Route and Tour Modifications

Himalayan regions (specifically Sikkim and North Bengal) are subject to unpredictable landslides, heavy rains, road blocks, or military permit restrictions. Genesis Tour & Travels reserves the right to alter route itineraries or substitute stays/vehicles in order to guarantee the safety of all travelers.

6. Liability and Claims

We act purely as an intermediary agent for travelers, coordinating hotels, local transporters, and guides. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, flight delays, natural disasters, or accidents occurring during the duration of your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing valid travel insurance before starting your journey.
